At USA Toyz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
